Disliked: Rude staff. No extended check out. Only gave use a 30min check out. Kept calling the room to see if we left. Fans and tv didn’t work in the guest room of the two bedroom villa. Over priced for what I got.

Disliked: Filthy beds, housekeeping didn’t change bedding, towels were stained it was really gross. For being such an expensive hotel I was expecting very clean. Also why should a customer pay for housekeeping services again with the price we pay nightly that should all be included.

The vacation club is decent...

Liked: Convenient location, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Not many food choices. Kids got sick from eating burgers at a restaurant that was not busy. The living room is too cold and the bedsheet is too thin.
