Disliked: Bed was broken and uncomfortable. Key cards were not working, I had to run back and forth at least 5 times to get a key to work. Check in process is awkward.

Deceitful pictures of rooms

Liked: It is located in a central area.
Disliked: The pictures on booking are not the pictures of the room you will be staying in. I thought I was booking a room with a jacuzzi tub. My room did not come with that. No money was returned for that error as well. In the description of the room it says what makes the room special is the jacuzzi tub and the fireplace. No jacuzzi tub and the fireplace did not work. So nothing special about the room. When I brought this to the attention of the concierge, I was given attitude as if I made an inconvenience. The concierge later apologized but the damage had already been done. The room did have everything needed to cook. The range hood vent above the oven was not working.It snowed overnight. There was no evidence of snow plowing or of salting the roadway. They do salt the stairs and walkway to the room.

Liked: hot tub, fireplace, the apartment itself - large enough for a family, full sized kitchen, bbq in the balcony.
Disliked: no extra bed for kid, however sofas are too short to sleep as well;not enough blankets in the room- gotta take extra from front office ;TV in living room doesn't work- called the reception, they couldn't be helpful;HVAC system is annoying- takes long time to start, and same long time to stop too; but is heating well once is on.the staff wasn't responsive- tried to communicate before coming over- had some questions, no one answered through booking.com messaging to property.price- the rates around the lake are overpriced anyway, but don't think this place worth to it too.

Liked: it was completely different from the description in booking! nothing was working in the room no heater no good shower no dry hair nothing and the people there were very rude
Disliked: nothing was working insieme no hot water no heater and when we ask for help they didn t do nothing at all
