Liked: The shower pressure was great. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It wasn't value for money. Bathroom facility is dated. And the carpet seriously needs replacing or removing due to the smell.

Dirty and refund agreed but...

Disliked: We were shown our room and found it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and bedsheets hadn't been changed. It was next to a very dirty kitchen. The owner offered to show us another room but we asked for a refund and he agreed readily and told us he had actioned this. When we requested the cancellation via the App he did not respond. Several emails later and no response. Really disappointed. Do not trust the property.

A doss house

Disliked: Old run down Hotel dirty smelly. The rooms are above a bar, a waterering hole for the local alcoholics it seems, who were playing loud music ad singing at the tops of their voices until midnight. Then, after the bar downstairs closed there was someone else somewhere in the building playing loud video game until 1 am. The communal 'kitchen was filthy and the milk provided for tead coffee, kept in a disgusting old fridge, was sour.I haven't been in such a doss house since I was homeless and the welfare put me in a similar 'Hotel' where I spent 1 night before voluntarily going back on the streets. The car park is a piece of waste ground shared with other businesses and unlit and is not at all secure. I was charged NZ $ 150 for 1 night, more than I have paid for an apartment in a proper motel with a swimming pool.Don't give this property a second look they do nothing to earn your custom.
