Wonderful few days with friends.

Liked: The staff were superbly nice and hard working. The swimming pool complex was fabulous.
Disliked: Bedrooms were very warm and showers were hand held built into bath taps.

A special treat served up...

Liked: The welcome was great. The staff were like friends, they listened to our life stories and shared some of their own. They also had and used their sense of humour. The Spa facilities were excellent and the evening meals were both great food and a real fine dining experience. All in all a very happy and relaxing couple of days a worthy stay for our fiftieth wedding anniversary. Congratulations to all at Northcote Manor.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about it was an excellent stay.

Disliked: Staff were a little pompous and didn't make you feel welcome,we specifically booked to use the spa facilities and we were not informed that the spa was having a refurbishment, we also felt that the staff were not happy with us not booking an evening meal.

Disliked: Bar area univiting - excessive noise from coolers. Breakfast room obviously has water ingress problems and needs redecorating, and windows need cleaning. Amateurish murals in restaurant. Poor decor in room. Pretentious restaurant food and service.
