Excellent place to stay; very close to city centre.

Liked: Close to the centre of Northampton. Nice and clean.
Disliked: Lacking a fridge in the room but it’s not a biggy!

I was playing at the Roadmender with my band and booked the hotel through ConcertHotels.co.uk. Because of the check in times we went to the venue first and played our set. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told they had no reservation in our name. Luckily I had a copy of our booking confirmation and the young lady behind the desk was very helpful in sorting out the booking and even gave us complimentary parking as an apology for the inconvenience.

Liked: Decent sized room; clean; comfy bed; good for centre of town.
Disliked: Water pressure not very good on 7th floor.

Liked: Excellent value for money, lovely clean, modern hotel. Front desk guy was very helpful, friendly, well organised! Breakfast was good with lots of choice, healthy options too. Very good hotel!

Our stay for my birthday

Liked: The hotel was very clean and welcoming , staff polite and professional . They went above and beyond to get us a room on first floor and with a good view and the king size bed was an added bonus . The check out time was good . The breakfast was great
Disliked: The room being right by the lift which kept me awake .
