Great place to stay!

Liked: Hot tub/pool was very nice and big and could accommodate a lot of people.
Disliked: Great spot! Could update the entry from the pool to make it a little bit better but either way had a great stay and enjoyed the location and amenities.

Nice place but dirty water...

Liked: Room was clean, checking in was easy, nice to have an elevator.
Disliked: I would have appreciated having been notified that there was no clean water available; if proper notice had been provided I would have brought water. Also, I went to shower on my day of checking out and the water was brown. I told the desk attendant when turning in my keys and instead of apologizing she said I should have just run the water longer. I had already done that! Also, the temperature of the room was unbearably hot and the thermostat did nothing to change it. The windows were not able to be opened so I melted during my entire stay. I made the desk attendant aware of this and expected that I would have been offered some type of compensation for the multiple inconveniences, but nothing.

Liked: Great stop along our journey. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Comfortable family rooms. Convenient location for driving into Woodstock. Loved our dining experience at Charity’s 1887 saloon just a few minutes drive down the road. Would stay again if we were in the area.
Disliked: The bedroom fire doors are pretty noisy when other guests let them slam shut.

Disliked: Something was wrong with the bed. Perhaps the mattress was worn-out, but the bed listed caved in a great deal making it difficult to get a good nights sleep.
