Disliked: Thought the receptionist was a little standoffish & not very informative.Room was dull & not very clean dirty marks all over bathroom door inside and out so notice to detail on the cleanliness was concerning.Mattress was so uncomfortable wafer thin & the pillow’s was not great too. Sleep was on and off due to uncomfortable bed situation but what was so disappointing was the bins being emptied at 6:00am so much noise! tried to go off again & then staff putting things into bins & then having a good loud chat too, so, we just gave up in the end ….
