Manager nightmare !!!!!!

Disliked: The manager and his attitude.Room not readyWhen it was only had 1 towel, 1 robe etc, room set up for one person .Room was tired.

Would be delighted to stay...

Liked: The room was booked late in day and I’m sure has a little discount because of that. The room exceeded our expectations. Very modern and comfortable. Lovely bed and pillows. Excellent sandwiches with room service.Only thing we had was a noisy neighbour but staff dealt with it straight away. Not the hotels fault whatsoever.
