Comfortable stay, big rooms

Liked: Excellent location, quiet, big comfortable beds, accommodating flexibility in booking extra days, close to several grocery and shopping centers as well as hiking spots, rooms well stocked and staffed by cleaning ladies each day, fridge and microwave, coffee maker, TV and adequate work space.
Disliked: No breakfast (though advertised on booking.com and confirmed via message by the business for the dates booked), carpet visibly dirty at corners and along wall, cobwebs on ceiling, chipped plaster on walls and worn furniture, etc, no extended checkout, condom wrapper found behind bed, holes in towels provided on a couple of days.
