Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Jessica, Merseyside, visiting Wythenshawe Park Manchester Sun, 27 August 2023

We got to the hotel to check in, only to be taken around the back to a block of old flats. The wallpaper in our room was peeling off, one of the lights hanging out, damp around the window, cobwebs all over the room, a rug that was going up the wall as it didn’t fit. Carpets were dirty all around the hotel. When we left for the day, we got back to lovely clean towels however our room was unlocked so anyone could have been in our room for the hours we were gone. £197 room (for one night) to be told breakfast is an extra £10 per person. My partner and myself ended up checking out around 10pm and driving home. Our first time in Manchester and it was such a disappointment. I wish I could add pictures to this review.

Liked: Leaving.
Disliked: Everything.

Very poor

Liked: Beds were comfy. Was pretty clean.
Disliked: It looks nothing like the pictures. The coded door that we went through to get to our room was jammed. Shower was very small and slow running water. Old fashioned.
