Liked: Location was great. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Very Simple Breakfast (just fyi) - Coffee, tea, breads, orange/apple/banana, yogurt, packaged hard boiled eggs, orange juice, instant oatmeal.

Decent but there is better...

Liked: Parking is a huge issue. Rooms are ok at best. Definitely better values in Carmel.

Liked: Room on 2nd floor very clean and quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Shower head is generous, very nice hot shower. Breakfast each morning with a wonderful attendant, Daneila. Nice talking to her about the area. Breakfast items include OJ, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, variety of cereals, danishes, muffins, coffee, and hot chocolate.
Disliked: Parking is for about 6 cars.

Carmel is nice and quaint....

Disliked: Walls are very thin. I could hear the person in the room next door snoring very loudly all night. Made it it very had to get any sleep.

Delightful Spot in Carmel

Liked: Fantastic location right in town. Parking on-site and ample free street parking nearby (even on a busy weekend). The room was delightful, with plenty of light, airy and well-designed. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and all of the staff that we interacted with were nice, helpful and delightful. Great value for Carmel and I would certainly stay here again next time I'm in the area. Thanks for a great stay!
