The hotel was very clean and met all of our expectations.

Liked: Our room was very clean and comfortable and it was convenient to restaurants and nightlife.
Disliked: Parking cost.

We checked in at 4AM, and were woken up at 7AM by water dripping from the light fixture in the bathroom. They promptly moved us to the same room further up and offered us free breakfast. Response time to this issue (which probably was another guest's fault) was timely and correct, but I had zero interest in going to breakfast, or doing anything but going back to sleep. That issue aside, the view was great and the room was as expected.

Frustrating from a payment aspect...

Liked: Cleanliness, location, and ammenities.
Disliked: Your staff knowing and willingly charged me for two rooms despite me explaining in detail that the Joint Force Command Norfolk staff had unknowingly booked a room for me. Upon check out your staff stated I would not be double charged. I have disputed the charge and intend to raise the issue higher if it is not resolved.
