The hotel was very clean and met all of our expectations.

Liked: Our room was very clean and comfortable and it was convenient to restaurants and nightlife.
Disliked: Parking cost.

We checked in at 4AM, and were woken up at 7AM by water dripping from the light fixture in the bathroom. They promptly moved us to the same room further up and offered us free breakfast. Response time to this issue (which probably was another guest's fault) was timely and correct, but I had zero interest in going to breakfast, or doing anything but going back to sleep. That issue aside, the view was great and the room was as expected.

Disliked: In the first room, the tv didn’t work. I was thankful they moved us but in the second room, the water didn’t get hot and the room wouldn’t cool under 70s so it was fairly uncomfortable at night.

Liked: The rooms need to be updated. There were stains on the tub and the floor board was buckling. Also construction in front of the hotel made it hard ti get to.
