Liked: Breakfast was lovely, room was very warm with the heating and the small double really was a small double! Very comfortable though.

Liked: It’s in a good location at the top of the winter garden and the bottom of the high street we parked below the hotel which was great and cheaper if booked in advance, the staff were all nice and friendly and the breakfast was good which we booked with the rooms.
Disliked: The bar in the lounge closed about seven and you had to go downstairs to the function room to get a drink which seemed a bit odd not sure if it was a shortage of staff as the lounge is a nice place to chill after a day out.

Lovely modern hotel.

Liked: Fantastic location and a really lovely cooked English breakfast. Very clean, modern hotel with beautiful decor, extremely well maintained.
Disliked: The bed was really hard and so we're the pillows and surprisingly for a four star hotel, there was no complementary water in the fridge. This may seem like nit-picking but when in the middle of the night you are looking for a drink, it's rather disappointing.
