Liked: Restaurant was 100%
Disliked: Paid near £300 euros for a normal room and it smelled like a sewage tank.Asked to be moved and they said hotel full but then a manager come and got a new room for me.Then was asked for £25 for breakfast and £5 for taxi

Great for busy travelers

Liked: Perfect location for staying night before flight. Modern, clean, silent
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Fair hotel near airport.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Shuttle service from airport. Amazing Sky bar. Fab breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms are way too dark. Needed a torch to find stuff in my suitcase. Able to hear people speaking next room. Shower not great. Electric plug in bathroom not working.

Really good airport hotel

Liked: Nearly everything. Just one remark for the cons.
Disliked: Airport Shuttle not available at all time (before 5am), but they ordered a cab for us, which was on time, thus just a small issue.

Good place close to airport...

Liked: Good value for money, great gym and wellness, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Staff is always a bit stiff and not very happy/friendly, first time we thought “perhaps a bad day”, but this was our third time and still not much enthusiasm…

Good price, close to airport

Liked: We were here before and will come again since the location is really good if you need to travel via HH airport. If you travel by car for just a couple of days, you can leave the car at their parkinglot and pay it for those days. Its not cheap but at least you know that the car is safe. The room is really good and modern, reception works 24/7.
Disliked: The floor in the bathroom is super cold, like you really cannot walk barefoot at all. The room temperature is also a bit chilly and if you change it, it will not really make a difference. This was not a problem for us for one night but otherwise, i would be cold. They have a shuttle service from the hotel where you pay 10€ per person to the airport which was running a bit late since the other guests were not on time, but the taxi at the other hand, we payed for the back way 16€ one way for both of us. Maybe this was just a coincidence.

Perfect for a business trip

Liked: Breakfast was top notch, catering to every taste. The bar at the top as also great, showing sports and entertainment. The staff are friendly but know that there is no convenience store or take-aways near, only the hotel restaurant.
