Liked: Excellent location, lots of great small cafes and shops to hand.
Disliked: Air conditioning.

Liked: Great location, good value for money, nice staff.

Liked: Good location, easily accessible to public transport and shops. Staff happily accepted lugagges to leave in the store room pre and post check out.
Disliked: Rooms and toilet not too clean. Towels in the room not proportionate with the number of people for triple rooms - only given 2 for both rooms hence have to ask at the reception. No slippers provided.

Liked: First time in Paris didn’t have idea about neighborhood was ok 10 arrondissement with is closer to Molin rouge
Disliked: Soon as we walked in the room not pleased smell and lack of clean ! staff was arrogant men not helpful at all we asked to switch the room to more clean , second room was much cleaner but missed the tea kettle , also my friend brought a bottle of wine and wanted to have a glass, non was in the room . Wants I asked reception desk he gave me one with lipstick on it:( and told me to go and clean it my self :)!!!

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: The staff- very friendly and helpful.The breakfast- few options, but every day there were fresh and delicious croissants and baguette.The beds- very comfortable.Location- really close to Garre du Nord, in a quiet area. There are a market and grocery shop nearby.
Disliked: The daily cleaning could have been better.
