Liked: I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and was very disappointed with the experience. The room was not clean—there was a used wet wipe stuffed between the wall and the water pipe next to the bed, which was disgusting. The bathroom was also unhygienic, with hair left on the shower wall.The room itself was unbearably hot all night, making it almost impossible to sleep. This seemed to be due to hot water pipes running through the room and a broken window that couldn’t be opened to let in any fresh air. We reported the issue to reception and were told maintenance would come, but no one showed up.To make matters worse, the hotel was extremely loud. There were shows running late into the night, and drunk guests were arguing and even fighting outside our window. Despite all the noise, there was no visible response or control from the hotel staff.Overall, it was an uncomfortable and restless stay. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to others.Want it to sound more formal or toned down, or maybe angrier?

Liked: Don't bother with the online check in. Pointless as you still have to q up to sign in again in a long q.Housekeeping do their best but you can't polish a turd.
