3 nights at the norbreck

Liked: The room .comfy bed .
Disliked: Not enough hot water,Hotel full of children running about,(their was 2 events on )Not enough plug sockets in room

Liked: ecellant meals cant complain rooms very dated cold needed an extra heater did not make a lot of diferance sat watching tv with our coats on ,stopped 3 nights not even a towel change ,rooms noisy thin walls ,could hear everything next door

Liked: Only the location really, apart from that i’m struggling
Disliked: Car parking, cleanliness, staff, the fact it takes so long to check in is just nonsense. The state of the hotel means it would be cheaper to flatten it and rebuild it than try and throw a figure at a revamp here. Just shocking

Disliked: Upon arrival and getting the key card to my room on the 4th floor I was greeted with some kind of rodent which came out from under the bed. It moved so quick I couldn't tell if it was a rat or a mouse. I was quickly out of there and the receptionist moved me rooms to the ground floor on the other side of the building. The whole experience had me on edge for the rest of the stay. This is my first problem I've encountered at Norbreck over many stays there. Unfortunately it will be my last. I won't be staying at Norbreck in the future.
