Liked: Breakfast was good. just egg was like jelly and coffee was very cheap didn't taste good
Disliked: room was cold, in bathroom was freezing can't take shower,

Liked: The spa and gym was good and the entertainment.
Disliked: The room was not up to standers, there was hair in the bed on the towels. And in the bathroom the shower was leaking when we got a shower. my Fiance was not happy with room at all I emailed them no reply and ask to be sorted out which never happened.

Liked: I like the facilities, how big it is , parking and entertainment and bath was big and lovely as was room.
Disliked: Disappointed this time as I have stayed here for last ten years and never had an issue . However this time we entered a beautiful family room and were unfortunately met with an awful smell !!! We told reception and they moved us to an AWFUL ROOM!!!! went down again and was moved to a smaller room but nicer but as we flicked covers back found a stain on the mattressCover that could be seen through the sheet !! So was disappointed this time as in addition the staff including shift leader were less than helpful towards a returning customer . The bathroom could do with maintaining too (440)

Liked: Price was okay The breakfast was good as in taste
Disliked: Guests next door playing music partying late to 7 am contacted reception but no response . They didn’t care . Also states had a 2 year old with me but they didn’t care . Put the breakfast price up for New Year’s Day when the staff didn’t need to do much they were just standing around talking most of the time amongst them self’s so should he the same price as it was any other day . Bump it up £10 per person for just a breakfast just because it was New Year’s Day …Charged for parking but struggle to get a space had to park on a bit that wasn’t actually a space
