Would stay again

Liked: Comfy bed. It was fun checking out records and the staff had great recommendations for local restaurants and bars
Disliked: Our room was over the marquee light and adjacent the lobby which had bright lights and was a bit noisy respectively. Nothing an eye mask and earplugs couldn't fix.

Very good

Liked: Really great and convenient location, clean facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. Physical keys were sometimes a hassle but I get it since it's old school. Really nice overall though!

Superb

Liked: The location and suite were amazing. Being able to walk a block to so many things was such a nice bonus. The apartment itself had everything you could need for a short stay and was so chic for lack of a better word. The views were stunning and the bed was so comfortable.
Disliked: Three things: check-in at 4pm is too late (and our room wasn’t available until around 4:20), the apartment windows need better insulation/sealing - they let in a lot of cold and noise (they do provide free ear plugs, so points to them), and the blinds weren’t all working anymore, but that’s super minor.

Liked: The shared bathrooms and showers were super clean, our cabin “light” was cozy and comfy

Fantastic Suites with a View

Liked: This was our second stay in one of the Astor Suites of the Norblad Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. The bed was so comfortable and the linens and bath towels are super soft and luxurious. The suite and our private bathroom were roomy, well-appointed, and very, very clean. Access to the suites is easy and feels safe. There's plenty of parking on the street but the hotel also offers paid parking in a garage for $20 per night. The view from our room was amazing and the location can't be beat! A great value on the Oregon Coast.
Disliked: Our room this time was right next to the elevator so you could hear everyone who was on the way to or from the elevator. It was a little bit loud.

Cool hotel in Astoria

Liked: Very cool hotel. We had an en-suite room. Great modern decor. Nice touches and everything thought of. Comfy beds, super friendly staff.
