Fantastic Suites with a View

Liked: This was our second stay in one of the Astor Suites of the Norblad Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. The bed was so comfortable and the linens and bath towels are super soft and luxurious. The suite and our private bathroom were roomy, well-appointed, and very, very clean. Access to the suites is easy and feels safe. There's plenty of parking on the street but the hotel also offers paid parking in a garage for $20 per night. The view from our room was amazing and the location can't be beat! A great value on the Oregon Coast.
Disliked: Our room this time was right next to the elevator so you could hear everyone who was on the way to or from the elevator. It was a little bit loud.

Cool hotel in Astoria

Liked: Very cool hotel. We had an en-suite room. Great modern decor. Nice touches and everything thought of. Comfy beds, super friendly staff.

Cheerful hostel with good facilities,...

Liked: Great hostel in downtown Astoria - easy to find, parking nearby, and good facilities. Shared shower was of good quality and kept clean. Fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. Free coffee in the mornings. Nice design throughout.
Disliked: Walls seemed a little thin, I imagine it could get noisy if your neighbors are loud! Booked two rooms and they were far apart (they were different types)

Liked: I have nothing but good things to say. The staff, the location, the comfortableness of the bed all EXCELLENT. The hotel is also incredibly clean and smelled very nice.

Liked: Loved the optional record player. Cisco lent us a few records from his personal collection, which was thoughtful and very cool.
