We loved this hotel! The food in the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly. We loved the welcome gift.

Disliked: No coffee nor tea in the room. No water kettle as well. Even a less expensive hotel have those bare basic minimum amenities. The room is big but feels really empty with space

Our stay was okay

Liked: The hotel is very close to everything with beautiful decor throughout.
Disliked: The housekeeping team needs better training. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was not cleaned once. They only came to make the bed 3 times during our stay. The tables were left dirty. It was stay in the booking page that the room will be cleaned after 4 nights of stay. This never happened.
