We loved this hotel! The food in the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly. We loved the welcome gift.

Disliked: Almost everything else - cleaning standard, service (never enough towels for the 3 guests in the room), staff, decoration / quality of furniture, room equipment (no mini bar, no laundry bags, no hair dryer)

Snowmageddon in New Orleans

Liked: The staff was top tier and took great care of me. All credit goes to Sean, Juanisha, and Dexter! They made the entire vacation a good one, especially when we all got snowed in.
Disliked: Loved rooms 810, 713, and 816. There was some hair found in the shower in 816, and 713 was cold a bit. I guess the very frigid temperatures caught us all ofd guard. Other than that, it was a really great stay.

Excellent hotel in great location...

Liked: Extremely nice amenities. Live Music in Lobby excellent. Fantastic bathroom/shower/ sink.
Disliked: Slow elevators. Breakfast staff slow. Valet car retrieval slow.
