We loved this hotel! The food in the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly. We loved the welcome gift.

Liked: Our room was beautiful. The shower was huge!

Liked: The rooms have a wonderful Spanish/Cuban feel, like your staying in downtown Havana. There is a nice alley that links the disparate hotel buildings and a cool pool area (albeit the pool is small).

Liked: Fabulous hotel absolutely loved it. Only a short walk to Bourbon street and the streetcar system. All the staff were fabulous friendly and fun highly recommend

Liked: Location to Mardi Gras parade, easy walk to other attractions
Disliked: A bit expensive but I guess it was the last weekend of Mardi Grad

Very good 3 star hotel...

Liked: Comfort beds and free water daily. Good location for exploring both downtown and uptown.
Disliked: It’s ok overall but I think it believes itself as more luxury than it actually is. It’s a bit tired and needs a a refurb in places.

Liked: Beautiful hotel
Disliked: No hot water until the day we checked out. We told the front desk the morning after we checked in, there was no hot water in the shower. They said maintenance would check it out. Apparently they didn’t because, the next morning, still no hot water. We called the desk and they sent someone to the room. He had to take a park the shower head to fix it. Water was still Luke warm at best. A lot of money to pay and have no hot water for 2 days.

Disliked: The room was not cleaned every 48 hours as stated in the contract.
