We loved this hotel! The food in the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were friendly. We loved the welcome gift.

Liked: Really like the size of the room and the comfortable bed.
Disliked: Seems like hotel is trying to have luxury vibes but was not— floor and lobby were dingy and worn. Floor even looked dirty. Close to superfine but not in best location. Wish there was complimentary coffee offered or in room coffee bar at least. Also sketchy that they had two reservations for me, canceled one but probably canceled the cheaper one I booked through booking.com and charged me the higher amount.

Liked: The hotel room was huge! Things were well maintained and pretty clean, although there was a dripping noise in the AC that was annoying. Staff was so nice, there was an issue at check in and we were given a food credit which was much appreciated. Good location for Canal St. and that area. We switched to this hotel after two awful nights and the Hilton Garden Inn around the corner. Nopsi was a huge step up for nearly the same price. I would stay again.
