Peaceful luxurious camping with bush...

Liked: The glamping was well appointed and very peaceful.
Disliked: We were at the end of the low season and resort facilities were not available or operated at reduced times as what was offered on the website.

Would not recommend, disgustingly filthy!

Disliked: We were highly disappointed and disgusted at the state of the accommodation. With the price of the room not being cheap, we definitely expected better. A few things we would like to give feedback on include the following, with photos also attached. The flooring throughout the room was not clean in the slightest, as if it hadn’t even been vacuumed. We found cockroaches throughout the room on both nights of our stay. The curtains were falling down and were in a disgusting condition. The bed linen and towels also felt very unclean, and some were stained. The wall fan in the bedroom was coated in dust and unable to rotate to cool off where the beds were situated. In the bathroom, the shower was filthy with rust and no shower screen or curtain making everything soaked. There was no switch for the exhaust fan in the bathroom, nor a window making it very uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom also had drainage issues with the water sitting in the sink for ages before actually draining. The towel rack was also broken. Unfortunately, we will not be recommending to friends and family, and we will certainly not be re-booking ourselves. I hope you take this feedback on board so that future guests do not have the same experience.

I would never stay at...

Liked: Easy driving access to beaches Dining options onsiteGreat coffeeLovely staffThe sheets were clean
Disliked: Our cabin was extremely hot and stuffy, with one fan to cool down the entire room. We woke to cockroaches on our beds and in the bathroom, which was disgusting No wifiThe rooms smelt very musty, mouldy and like a smoker had been in there previously

Not worth the money. Needs...

Liked: Wildlife. A few kangaroos around and an ok base to explore from. Some activities for the kids.
Disliked: The “resort” needs a lot of love and attention. Rooms are not worth $250 p/night. Facilities are tired, dated and not maintained. Pub is a nice retreat from the accom but the food is pretty ordinary.

Poor

Liked: Very localised and kid friendly
Disliked: The locks on our apartment did not work & it caused our little one to run off, we weren't able to rest or feel safe leaving our belongings in the apartment so we weren't able to see as much as we would've liked to, the reception didn't provide a great deal of information either, not the best experience unfortunately
