Liked: We've stayed here many times. The rooms are nice, we don't love all of the royal blue but it's fine. Mostly we like the location. It's a quiet street and a short walk to some of our favorite areas and it has access to the subways.

Liked: We loved the convenience of being walking distance, and staff went above and beyond to place a tray of sweets and a kind note in our room upon arrival as we were on our honeymoon.

Liked: Great customer service - Chris on checkin was awesome!Good sized rooms for NY!Location excellent.Views from room were amazing! Suggest going higher floor and updated rooms.House keeping very good - very clean rooms every day!We had a Queen Suite room which had a great living space. Our adults kids had Queen rooms which were also good, but our living room was a great place to meet up.
Disliked: Not much to be honest.Beds were a little hard for us.We had a drafty window but it was fixed promptly.
