Liked: location ; the full glass windows with lots of shine,the romantic entrance ,the comfortable bed and size of the room
Disliked: Although reservation was for 3 ; everything including the bed was prepared for 2.reflected the cost savings in the room

Liked: Soho Nomo is a hotel I've been a few times. The rooms are definitely spacious by New York standards, you have an amazing view of the city, and I love the location.

Nice hotel, centrally located.

Liked: Lovely view from our room, thanks to Mr. Jeffrey who checked us in and made us very welcomed. Bed was very comfortable and housekeeping was exceptional.
Disliked: Although most of the staff were very friendly, some, especially the ones attached to the restaurant were a bit aloof.

Liked: So far the amount of the security deposit of 1,050.00 dollars made at check in has not been refunded to my credit card! They told me at check out that it would be refunded and nothing would be charged. Since everything had already been paid beforehand at the time of booking!

Liked: Great location and comfortable rooms. Good value for the price. The staff is very kind and will take care of any concerns. The luggage storage works very smooth if you are staying 1 night and want to explore the city both days.
Disliked: There were a few places in the room that were not the cleanest, there was a little stain of the curtains.
