Disliked: Sometimes wasn’t the cleanest in the kitchen, and the wifi connection was poor in the rooms. For those sensitive to noise, take earplugs because of the bar underneath

Very well located hostel with...

Liked: Super well located as it is very close to the CBD and a main train station. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they were able to assist guests with planning their travelling routes. The laundry services are easy to use and the kitchen was well equipped.
Disliked: The policy regarding untagged fridge bags should be reconsidered- my label came off my fridge bag without me realising, and on the same day all of my food was thrown out by staff. There were multiple unopened items still in date which would have indicated that I hadn’t checked out yet. There should be a grace period of perhaps one day for untagged bags to avoid guests’ food being thrown out, causing them extra expense to replace it. The current policy just seems to lack common sense.

Liked: Very handy location for transport and walking to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. The girls’ hair area was good too.
Disliked: There was a hole in an air vent in my room that meant a light from a corridor was shining in my face at all times during the night when trying to sleep. The furniture in the communal area was shabby. The shower area would benefit from more space and did not feel clean.
