Liked: Central location was great - I had a performance at Michael Fowler centre, 70m away.Amongst good eateries and cafes
Disliked: Elevator not working - apparently under repair.I was 2nd floor, so OK,.But with a knee injury, wouldn't want higher upTV bit of an issue, staff came to help, but I gave up and a movie on KY mobile

Liked: amazing clean facilities! the only hostel i've stayed in that has an elevator !!! very well situated within walking distance to many local attractions . the WiFi worked well. really incredible māori food nearby from a cafe called karaka . kitchen is large and spacious, outdoor courtyard is cute! highly recommend a stay heresmall lockers in the room that can only fit your valuables
Disliked: there was a receptionist who was quite rude, she wasn't pleasant or friendly and made me feel uncomfortable

nice chill spot, good location,...

Liked: the lovely French girl at the desk stands out more than anything! second time staying here and she's just such a treat.the first stay was in a double room shared with my sister, really great value for money:)the kitchen area is really nice (when the hobs are working) and a lot of space to move around in
Disliked: a lot of the hobs didn't work.it seems like all of the showers have a draining problem... the double room I told reception the next day but we had to keep turning off the water and allow some water to drain.used the communal shower and it was quite gross and same deal with thr drainage. 3 for 3, the shower in my room had the same no drainage problem and there's like a 2.5inches if space for water to go down... aka the floor is gon a get wet
