The most perfect hotel experience

Liked: NoMad was was impeccable as ever. The level of service from the concierge is a cut above
Disliked: Nothing. It is perfect

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Location (next to Covent Garden), charm (charming old building), ambiance (restaurant is popular in the evenings), room (beautiful), cleanliness, front desk, Christmas decorations, Fruit basket that was waiting for us in our room. Upgrading my mum to a beautiful suite. most things about this hotel is perfect.
Disliked: Breakfast and the rude person serving it, so we had to find alternative place to have our breakfast not to run into him again, even though we had paid for the whole stay and the restaurant was very charming.

Beautiful hotel, welcoming staff.

Liked: All aspects of the hotel were designed so beautifully, the restaurant was magnificent. The room was gorgeous, especially the bathroom, the facilities were so clean, the shower was incredible. no complaints at all about how the hotel has been designed! The staff were friendly, welcoming, welcoming and understanding.
Disliked: On arrival we weee asked to give a down payment of an additional £150.00 for damages and use of mini bar. which made our one night stay a total of £650, which is outrageous. We were told the money would t return back in to our accounts for 20-30 days, this was not specified when booking or noted anywhere on there webpage. the staff kindly explained that it is there hotel policy, which is understandable. But would have been helpful to have known this information before we arrived.

Disliked: Some staff could have been friendlier. Overall atmosphere very flat and uninviting.

Liked: Quality of the staff, location, style, decor and furnishings of the rooms.
Disliked: The place is too dark. Upon entering the hotel in the evening, it took several seconds before I activated my night vision. In the restaurant, an atrium which is quite lowell lighted in the daytime, is so dark I could hardly read the menu. At an 11:00 a.m. business meeting held in the red themed lounge, it was difficult to read typewritten documents.
