Amazing!

Liked: Fantastic hotel with a number of restaurant/bar areas. Staff are amazing throughout and all go above and beyond to ensure a happy stay. The rooms are spacious and the decor is lovely. Our go to hotel when we come to London.

The staff went above and...

Liked: More importantly, the location, staff and food were exceptional! I could not go this hotel.. It had a boutique with a quality of a high-end hotel in every aspect will definitely stay again

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, beautiful aesthetics.
Disliked: We had 2 suites, one considerably smaller than the other, though they were both the same type. And given the price, it was disappointing that despite saying the suites each slept 4, for both the other 'bed' was a pull out couch. Not ideal given the price and not good value.
