Liked: My stay at the Nomad Hotel Las Vegas was exceptional! The hotel is stunning, with luxurious rooms and a relaxing ambiance. A special thanks to Jamie, whose excellent service and attention to detail made my visit unforgettable. His warm and attentive care truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Convenient hotel to T-Mobile Area...

Liked: We were in town for the NHL game at T-Mobile area which is right across from ParkMGM. We booked specifically for this reason so it was convenient. The service hotel entrance was discrete and service personable. The rooms were charming with great facilities like coffee and a fridge in the room. These are not often included even in the more expensive hotels in Las Vegas.The rooms are looking a bit tired and worn out and could use a refresh. The windows in our room had paper jammed in them to stop the draft. You could see the paper hanging out so it wasn't a great look.I used the gym daily. It was well equipped and very busy both day. It was conveniently located.The Park MGM is a non smoking casino and has great restaurants like Eatery and Bavette's. We ate at both and it was fantastic.Because the hotel was away from the main strip area it was a little quieter than others which was great.
Disliked: The rooms were are little worn out and could use a spruce up. Just minor things like marks on the walls, windows needing repair etc.My biggest gripe was the mattress. It was very lumpy and hard. The pillows were also very soft and lumpy. I asked the front desk for their help. They said the mattresses were the same so moving rooms would not help. I asked for a mattress topper and new pillows. They said they could send this up to the room in 10 mins. However after 30 mins nothing had arrived so I called the front desk to follow up. They said there was no mattress toppers so I asked if they could send another duvet. I remade the bed myself putting the duvet under the sheets. It helped a little. They were not able to send any firmer pillows so i took the cushions off the sofa and covered these with pillow cases. This was a lot better than the bed pillows.Having a comfortable mattress and pillow options are table stakes for hotels and needed to ensure sleep. So this was disappointing. I would probably not stay at Park MGM again until they upgrade their mattresses. They are clearly very old and worn out.

Disliked: We had to change room as we had a very noisy family next door (we were helped quickly and easily by reception), a little bit chilly in the room as there was no heater
