Friendly staff, amazing view and...

Liked: The staff is awesome. I reserved a room for my parents last year, I notice how good they were and wanted to stay in the same place this year.

Liked: Location of the property. Lower east side NY.
Disliked: Rooms were miniscule.

It was good, but would...

Liked: I loved the location and the staff who were kind and accommodating
Disliked: I didn’t like how uncomfortable the beds were. We actually requested feather pillows- which we were given the option to have- multiple times and never got them. The man said how he would have to “walk all the way to the closet” to get them, and we never got them. The pillows were actually so uncomfortable and hurt our necks so much that I woke up to my friend sleeping without her pillows. Bring your own pillows if you stay! Also the shower leaks? Like all the water goes through the shower door and then floods the bathroom. So watch out for that. Also getting in touch via email or the companies “about us” section was nearly impossible, so I’d call if you have questions or concerns

Spacious room by nyc standards...

Liked: It was very spacious for nyc, the location couldn’t have been beaten, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I paid extra for a balcony room and I couldn’t ever get the door open. I did tell them downstairs and they offered to send someone up to fix it and I kept forgetting to organise this, so it was on me. It didn’t negatively affect my trip but next time I wouldn’t bother paying extra for the balcony!

Liked: Location was great !!
Disliked: I had sent them a request before I came in a week at the time of booking that I will arrive late at night and would need the room until 6 in the evening and not the normal check out. They never replied. Took me out of the room had to argue to stay until 6 and move rooms and pay full fair. If they had replied I would have done different arrangements or canceled my booking since I had the time. Very unfriendly !!

Disliked: Wish I knew that if the cleaner walked into my room while I was sleeping and didn’t leave and kept on cleaning the staff would do absolutely nothing about it and won’t believe me.
