Liked: The location was great, in the middle of the forest! Perfect place for a good sleep.
Disliked: One needs own transportation or a taxi to get to the place.

Liked: the location was very nice but you would need a car as Taxis cost a fortune
Disliked: it was very tired looking .. the breakfast was not very good with a small choice..also my room smelt if damp and the plug was not acceptable and they had to get me an extension lead ..

A simple but comfortable hotel...

Liked: Friendly staff, exceptional food in the evening, good breakfast, comfortable bed, balcony, plenty of space to relax - indoors and out.
Disliked: Need more staff. Sometimes there was one member of staff to wait in the breakfast room, cook and replenish the breakfast, man reception, check out multiple visitors, answer queries and anything else that might have cropped up. It’s not their fault but they should be supported when people are checking in or out at busy times. Also, the bar needs to be more adequately stocked or there should be some capacity to restock between deliveries. Much more would have been spent at the bar, had the stock been there.

Disliked: If you don't have your own car - this hotel is not for you. There is no any other way to get to Wageningen, only by your foots (ap. 1 hour) or by taxi - in case if you will be a luky person and you will be able to order a taxi early than 40 - 50 min. before your potential trip. There is no any bus near by the hotel at all. So, if you are ready to pay 20-25 euro for the one-way taxi and wait it - you are wellcome to this hotel!

Rustic family hotel

Liked: Location was pleasant, quiet and wooded. The staff were helpful. Restaurant food was generally good.
Disliked: One of our rooms had the heating stuck on although the weather was warm, with a window that only opened a small crack.

Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Both of the hotel rooms were not clean, shower really dirty and not working very well. There was no floor mat in the bathroom, so it was dangerous when getting out of the shower, due to wet floor tiles. Lots of dust everywhere, which had been there for a long time. Stains down the wall and on ceiling tiles which had also been there a long time. Lots of cobwebs up high. The breakfast was very poor, lots of files, so we only ate items that had covers over them. Fruit old and looked like it needed to be thrown out.

Liked: The hotel was located in a beautiful and quiet area in the middle of the forest. With the e-bike many nice tours could be done and there was also a shelter where the bike could be kept and charged
Disliked: The furniture of the room was quite old
