Liked: I liked the location and the price. The owner was present and very friendly. It was outdated decor; but I guess that comes at a higher price.
Disliked: Wish we had had a bottom floor. The stairway was hard on the knees, and the handrail was so dirty we had to wash out hands immediately. The bathroom is very tightly spaced.Small thin old towels.

Perfect for what we had planned!

Liked: The room and building was clean. You can tell eventhough the building is old it has been kept up nicely! No sketchy charaters hanging around, we felt very safe! Who needs a pool when the ocean is 9 minutes away! The facilities and room were perfect for us! The location was great! Super quiet community in a lovely, beautiful town!
