Liked: the interior design and location
Disliked: the hotel doesnt have a concierce and staff at the front desk especially one boy works at mornings didnt help us event didnt intend , rooms are so small, spa is not a concept spa unsatisfied, staff at restaurant was great the others big no

Great hotel

Liked: Great location (near Hala Koszyki which is a nice place to have a bite or a drink) Breakfast is really nice (buffet + some dishes on the menu like avocado toasts and poached eggs) Bed is sooo comfortable

Great stay, would 100% recommend!

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast and food as expected was excellent in the hotel. The location was also perfect for public transport links and also central enough for walking around most of the city too
Disliked: Lighting in the entrance to the room was very dark

Relaxing stay

Liked: This was our first time staying at a Nobu Hotel. The staff were all welcoming, and the hotel had a relaxing feel. The spa rooms are decorated nicely, and the woman who provided my treatment (massage) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay at a Nobu Hotel in another location following this experience.
Disliked: Not completely sound-proofed (but what hotel is!), so we occasionally heard noise from other rooms/the hall as our room was next to a staff cupboard. However, this was minimal and only happened during the day.
