Blown away will for sure...

Liked: Everything the property was perfect staff were exceptional we didn’t get to use the stunning rooftop bar as we had some well needed rain.
Disliked: Nothing the hotel and staff were perfect

Don't spend premium money for...

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: Breakfast selection very poor - staff gives out a menu but tells you that you are Allowed to only have one plate - ordered salmon bagel and was not allowed to have one fried egg on the side. So although you will get a menu, you can only pick one small thing to eat. If bought separately the hotel charges 42 EUR for breakfast (according to card) but it is not worth the price. Staff and manager don't take on comments well and only say that "Guests never complained". There are no veggies on the buffet and when pointed this out, they said they don't do any salad for breakfast. The buffet is very small and only offers cake with a finger size sandwiches and small amount of cheeses.Breakfast and staff behaviour are not to a Standard of a 5* hotel.

Liked: The location, room, staff, food were all excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with a good knowledge of what things to do in the city would suit us best.
Disliked: The pool was not really as it looked and is very shallow. Also we located the gym as we had intended to use it but it was not accessible and was being used to store furniture.

A beautiful, relaxing stunning hotel.

Liked: This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. The attention to detail around the hotel is impeccable. The location is great and the rooms are so clean, comfy and stylish. The staff are always on hand to help and are super friendly. It feels like a really classy hotel with the most amazing views from the rooftop.

Liked: Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and attentive.

Modern comfortable and great value....

Liked: The personal welcome and the helpful professional staff. From a glass of cold cava on arrival, to lots of useful advice on what to do as we checked in. Even a WhatsApp number to stay in touch if we needed to. Everyone we were in contact with at the hotel had a wonderful demeanour…we cannot single any out.
Disliked: Lounge area on the roof needs more thinking to bring more vibe and fun. Maybe play music or offer a sundowner…

Truely amazing experience and definitely...

Disliked: The restaurant downstairs was often empty.. so it wasn’t inviting to sit and eat.
