Terrible I will not recommend...

Liked: Location view ends there
Disliked: Dated stained terrible beds old lumpy pillows stunk smelt cigarette pending charges to account over a month double paid meals billed to room I’m disgusted with experience should stay with restaurant can’t do resort I’m sorry

perfect location fabulous facilities and...

Liked: I loved the location and the private pool just for Nobu guests
Disliked: The quilts were too hot and we could not get the Aircon cool enough

Good but not a 5...

Liked: The room was nice and clean, also the pool.
Disliked: I should start with some of the staff doesn’t know the answer to anything literally, also no room service after 10:00 pm. As a 5 star hotel we were expecting full service at any time. There is a daily fee for facilities even if you are not using them. We wanted to keep our bags in their storage for a short trip and return to stay at the same hotel for 2 more days and they would not allow us to, even when they already said its okay one day is okay the other is not. Bad service.
