Heating malfunction is a forgivable...

Disliked: The room heating turned off automatically and the room remained extremely cold for two nights. After a lot of arguments and room change we finally settled that i won't raise any complaints and they will not charge me anything for F & B yet they have not released my 400 pounds which they charged at my arrival.
