Liked: The hotel and facilities are beautiful. The city view room is spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The location is great for its vicinity to restaurants and shops but is has become extremely loud at night.

Liked: Breakfast was not included.
Disliked: At this price breakfast should be included. Our rug border had a large tear in it.I don’t like the hotel’s appropriation of “Zen Experience “ as a marketing tool. It’s inaccurate and awkward.

Liked: location is the best thing
Disliked: basin cold water not working, tap loose, insufficient power outlets near work station, room lighting incredibly dim even after selecting bright button, room lacks many facilities and you find yourself contacting reception time and time again. ie kettle.

Amazing stay

Liked: Great location if you want to be at the Fulton Market District. Loved the interiors
Disliked: we can here the noise from the bar upstairs from our room in the middle of the night.

Liked: It's an experience. A sophisticated hotel for sophisticated people. Location is perfect, surrounding neighbourhood has a great range of food, shops and access to the entire city.

I wish I had more...

Liked: I have a Dyson hairdryer at home and loved having one available in the bathroom. I also loved having a steamer.
Disliked: Lighting in the bathroom is very dim from a female perspective and too dark for applying makeup. Luckily I travel with my own lighted makeup mirror.

Perfect solo getaway

Liked: The bed is so comfortable! The shower pressure amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a really great stay! Very accommodating. Everyone was amazing. The staff that worked during my stay. They deserve all of the praise in the world. They were truly amazing.
Disliked: I wish the lighting in the bathroom was better. It wasn’t awful but it was a little difficult to do my makeup with the warm light settings.
