Liked: The staff at every turn were amazing!
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor and didn’t realize the bars and clubs music would be so loud in the room

Disliked: Noise from nearby trainline was a little loud.

Luxury in the West Loop

Liked: An unbelievable experience. Beautiful room, fab staff, amazing facilities. The Tanoshi hour was a treat as well, superb value for amazing food and drink.

Liked: The location was perfect in the west loop of Chicago, surrounded by endless restaurants and bars.

Definitely would love to stay...

Liked: I loved that the property was so modern and up to date. The people that work at the hotel and at the restaurant are so nice and helpful! I loved my room. It was big and specious. They have an amazing gym and steam room as well. Chataun went far beyond and made me feel like at home.
