Mediocre facility. Unfriendly staff. Ho

Liked: Location
Disliked: Friendliness of staff. Climbing stairs to reach room. Office hours posted on office door showed desk open at 9:00 am. Didn't open until 10:00 am. Check-in and out were unprofessional.

OK Stay With Some Issues

Liked: This was the second night of our two-night stay. We booked each of the two nights separately and were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen on the first night. We didn't realize until the next day that they hadn't connected our reservations so we had to pack up and move to another room in the non-kitchen category that we booked. We walked to the Casablana Restaurant for their "Happy Hour" specials offered from 4-7 in their bar area each weekday. We got muliple rounds of their $6 margaritas and four of their $7 snacks (Pan Roasted Mussels in a white sauce, Calamari Fritti, Pita Pizza, Moroccan Dip Duo with hummus, olives, yogurt and pita bread). Everything we got was great and a very good value.
Disliked: This room had some problems as the showerhead came off when my wife changed the flow pattern and the handle seemed to be missing a set pin. We also noticed that our white socks were dirty from walking on the floor. We let the staff know so they could get a handy person to take care of the bathroom fixtures before the next guests arrived.

OK For A Pre-Cruise Stay

Liked: We stayed at the Nobleton for two nights before our cruise and this was the first night. The hotel upgraded us to a larger room with a kitchen w/o an extra charge. That was nice, but we booked the second night separately and they didn't connect the two reservations. So, we had to pack up and move to the original category of room that we booked for the second night. We really didn't use the kitchen so it would have been better to have just stayed in the same lower level room for both nights. We booked this location as we wanted to be able to walk to the Bonnet House and Gardens as welll as to the beach. The next morning, we did the 10:00 am tour of the BH&G grounds and rooms which was excellent.
Disliked: The king size bed was a bit soft. We were on the second floor with no elevator so it was tricky to get our luggage for the cruise up the outside tiled stairs. Also, there was a notice that the glassware, dishes, etc. were cleaned, but not sanitized so we didn't bother to use them.
