Great location and friendly staff

Liked: We loved the location- right in Little Italy. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful. I appreciated them giving us a quiet room not facing the street. We slept very well. Safe neighborhood.
Disliked: No wash cloths (just bath and hand towels).

Very nice, will come back.

Liked: The location, the staff, the view from the window and the rooftop ! Discounts with restaurant, free tea/coffee… were great.
Disliked: The TV and available channel/aps really need upgrade.

Great stay in Little Italy

Liked: The staff is amazing. They provided us croissants every morning even if the breakfast was not included. Rooftop has a breathtaking view!
Disliked: The rooms are small, there was not enough space even for our luggage. Location is fine but the proximity to Chinatown is not the best.

Liked: Big room for a New York hotel. Very clean. Excellent shower. Great location
Disliked: Would have appreciated a bathroom robe. Not keen on open plan bathroom
