Disliked: We got a room on the 2nd floor with windows facing the inner courtyard to the hotel bar, where discos were held in the evening. The room description did not indicate that the windows would overlook the hotel bar. This was completely unacceptable for us, but the hotel could not provide us with another accommodation option. Usually hotels indicate in the room description that the windows overlook the inner courtyard, but this hotel did not provide us with such information.

Disliked: Poorly trained staff did not know how to react to an incident relating to criminal gangs operating the taxis outside the hotel. Their response to me being scammed was extremely disappointing

Disliked: The hotel has a bar right outside that plays very load music till between 1 and 2 in the morning. When we asked to change room we were told have we tried ear plugs . They finally changed are room their was no mention about the noise when booking also not a 5 star
