Liked: Nothing I believed Id booked for 2 nights for 3 adults and two children.6 hrs of tevel to get there.bookig made confirmation showed us the pool. Villas not a tent site a land a funeral to go to gold coast.was only told when I arrived here and had only just came b K into reception with phone.I was upset crying nd tried to talk to a staff member as arrived with my 3 children and disabled friend.the staff member thought I was yelling at her but I wasn't I was simply devastated as ahe stated she was just going to cancel my booking because she stated I was wellbeing loud and I asked her if any other accom was available only to be told no.@ asked if we cld leave as nothing available.I asked if anychance I can get my money back as sls member then told me is booked 3 powered tents sites.I had a funeral to go.And was told no adjust paid 398.00 myself on a DSP pension aand paid for it my kids nd I don't get any sort accoomadltion at all anywhere as I was late..And as a result we ended up on he street with my kids and friend no sleep.I only get 509 and now as a result of this would like my money back as I tried to reason only for lady's attitude from the start very rude SO WR WERENT ABLE TO STAY AT VILLGE AT ALL
