Liked: The water in the shower never gets hot, not able to sleep because the room next to us has a TV very loud. Very clean and the people that work there are very gentle

Disliked: Small roomsBreakfast area very small (4 tables) so often have to wait Limited choice for breakfast cornflakes/toast/yoghurt/apples - that’s allCoffee machine for breakfast was broken for 2 days of our stayNo hot water one evening but resolved after speaking to Reception. Had to turn something off and on from Reception? Thin walls- could hear a couple having sex very loudly when walking down the corridor with our children!!!

Liked: staff were pleasant , bed was comfortable to sleep on . Free breakfast was a bonus but not very exciting.
Disliked: Hotel location was poor - lots of homeless and drug addicts around the area . The room was a lot smaller than I was expecting . The bed was very small . Bathroom was tiny and the hot water was slow to come through. You had to run the shower for several minutes before the hot water came through.

Liked: These are not good people, they don’t care about the safety or rights of their guests. I was basically alarmed in the middle of the night by a man who had hopped the fence into the suite I was staying at at the hotel with gloves and a black mask that covered his entire face. I locked the door and I wasn’t physically hurt but as I’m sure you can imagine it was one of the scariest moments of my life and I wanted to file a police report and would like to see the video because the hotel has video of the entire thing from beginning to end and they refuse to let me see it. The hotel lied about calling the police several times and then mysteriously 86’d me when I came to talk to the manager about it. If he hadn’t tried to gaslight or silence me this situation didn’t have to turn into this. If he showed any concern or empathy I would’ve accepted his apology and let it go. Now I have to file a police report in order to get a court order for the footage. What are they hiding, why are they lying and treating me like some threat? I’m not the one breaking into their property sus AF TWICE, maybe that’s who they should worry about not letting back into their hotel.
