Disappointing , and massively overpriced...

Liked: nice location , nicely decorated room ,
Disliked: Room absolutely freezing !!! even with the radiator on in the day if barely kept off the chill and during the night the central heating was turned off so the room ended up like sleeping inside a fridge. The mattress has broken springs that dig in while trying to sleep.

Excellent stay and accommodation.

Liked: Great personal service, Ollie and the staff were very welcoming - great communication. Room was exquisite, very nice personal touches like coffee and biscuits, beautiful furnishings.

Perfect for West Malling accommodation

Liked: The location was perfect for a work Christmas party stay. Easy to access and a stones throw from the venue. Rooms 'shabby chic' decor worked well with the age of the building.
Disliked: The premises don't have any staff onsite after closing time so if you have any problems or need assistance, that requires a phone call. If you're a nervy guest or don't like to be 'alone', consider your options.

More then happy

Liked: Old fashioned pub with awesome rooms. Made to feel so welcome by the staff and guided where to go for food. Luxury stay in a lovely village
Disliked: Warm welcome and perfect place to stay in a nice little town

Liked: Such a lovely stay. Amazing room and decor. Loved the friendly pub atmosphere down stairs. Will be returning soon for sure.

Lovely Boutique Hotel with a...

Liked: Friendly atmosphere in the bar and great advice given by the landlord for a restaurant. Funny thing was the hotel was in four in a bed and I sat in the bar and watched it with all the customers. The room was luxurious with the elegant bathroom suite will definitely bring the wife next time.

A great stay

Liked: We has a fabulous stay at no64. It’s in the middle of a lovely high street with some lovely restaurants. We had a drink in the bar before we went out the staff and customers were really friendly. The room had just been refurbished it was clean comfortable and very stylish. We would definitely stay again

A great disappointment although the...

Liked: The level of cleanliness was good
Disliked: The first room we were allocated was freezing as the radiator didn’t work. We had to message the manager to get back inside at 23.10 as the property was locked up due to them having a quiet night in the bar. We were given a fan heater which helped, but hardly what you’d expect for what was described as a superior double room costing £125 a night!! There was far too much furniture in a relatively small room.
