Absolutely amazing stay because of...

Liked: Ambience at breakfast was lovely, the server was polite and attentive and choice of food was very good indeed. It was my wife's birthday and the hotel staff all knew and wished her happy birthday in the morning and in the evening a really nice place of birthday macaroons were waiting upon our return in the evening.The evening staff were amazing - so polite and interested in what we had done during the day.The morning and day staff so helpful and knowledgable.Run by really lovely and caring people where you feel special.Room was a little petite but beautifully comfortable, clean and furnished
Disliked: First day breakfast food was sadly cold. This was rectified for day 2 and 3 although on third morning the fried eggs were disappointingly fully hard. Based on everything else being so exceptional it did not distract form a great stay because the room, facilities and most importantly the staff being beyond amazing.

Liked: I loved the building, the breakfast, how cosy the bed was and the natural light in the bathroom :)

Liked: Room was great, and it was at your 25% discount offer so it was great value. Normally I would say it is pricey.
