Disliked: Noisy Aircon unit , smell of smoke / vape in room which I guess people vape out windows at night in room ?!

Great location but small rooms.

Liked: Great location as within easy walking distance of Newmarket. Staff were helpful, allowing us to store our bags so we could sightsee before our flight later in the day.
Disliked: Noisy, small rooms and the bathroom not as clean as we would have liked.

Liked: Great location in New Market
Disliked: Staff weren’t friendly at all!Single glazed windows which meant we could hear everything outside including a rubbish truck emptying the hotel bins at 1am!

Liked: Location is really good, and staff were really friendly and helpful, amenities were clean and nice

Liked: Good location although got woken up by the cars right outside.
Disliked: The whole building had an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke.
