Liked: The location is great, right on Commonwealth Avenue and one block away from Newbury Street. It was clean and quaint. I just wish they would clean the rooms.
Disliked: Would like the room to be cleaned.

Disliked: There was not parking available.I had stayed in other hotels with no parking, but at least the other hotels offered valet parking or different options. This hotel didn't make an effort to offer anything that could be helpful regarding parking. It was expensive for a hotel with no parking or any other accommodation for the car.

Liked: Great location!
Disliked: There was baggage drop in small lockers but very few lockers. If the lockers were deeper a carryon bag could fit lying down but the lockers are too shallow so only one roller bag can fit standing up… so you can only store one person luggage per locker. We once travelled as a pair and had one roller and one personal item and the lockers were all full but one so we had to store luggage off site on our days of arrival and departure. An extra step you wouldn’t have to take at a normal hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: The room itself was good — very happy that there was a microwave and a fridge with a separate freezer. Comfy bed, lots of sunlight.
Disliked: There was no real lobby or front desk staff — we ran out of tissues and toilet paper and there was no one in the building for 90% of our stay to help us with that. Sonder has one employee running around between 3 different locations. Getting help with any issue was very slow.

Amazing!

Liked: Everything! Was really cute and cozy/welcoming. Will definitely stay again in the future! We stayed on a whim when my cousin was having a mastectomy. We intended to stay with her, but found out it wasn’t allowed when we were there. Balcony was amazing and just what we needed to decompress after a stressful day!
