Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with two lovely lounges and restaurant. The rooms are perfect and come with a record player, radio, and the comfiest beds ever! The staff, especially Andrea, Claire, and Junsu, are absolutely exceptional and made our stay feel very special! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Liked: The complimentry pantry.
Disliked: The scrambled egg at Breakfast was very poor. However Breakfast was excellent could not understand why the scramble was not up to standard.

Beautiful hotel in York

Liked: Beautifully designed hotel, with very comfortable rooms and an incredible restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay, during my birthday. We also got lucky because we got to enjoy snow on our weekend over. Special shout to 2 incredible people from the hotel staff: Jun Soo from the bar and Emily from the restaurant.

Great staff and a delighful...

Liked: Having stayed a couple of times now, I can say that the excellent experience is a consistent one.I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

Fantastic hotel in a great...

Liked: Fabulous boutique hotel, some lovely little touches like the in room record player. The breakfast was delicious and worth the extra few pound and a quirky cocktail bar with a great selection of drinks.
Disliked: Nothing really. Parking is a little tight but that’s me being really picky.

Superb

Fun, quirky hotel

Liked: The pantry was a big hit... Sweets, drinks, ice cream! The room was lovely, quirky and the bed was huge and comfy. The staff were so lovely and when realising we were there for a special occasion brought us glasses of champagne to our room.
Disliked: There is no sound proofing at all between the rooms... We could hear every word of what the room next door to ours was watching on TV at 11pm.
