Disliked: Overcharged; TV didn't work; smoke filled; I asked for a room change but because of how I booked the room no change could be made.

When you book a budget...

Liked: The convenience to the freeway and the Tacoma Dome were great! And the beds were more comfortable than they appeared.
Disliked: I was surprised at the desk with the demands for a $60 cash deposit, and then again the next day when I was told I had to pick up my deposit between the hours of 7am and 3pm. Also, the breakfast was disappointing, with not a lot of options and a disfunctional waffle maker.

Disliked: The “continental breakfast” was literally my only complaint. If you’re booking solely based on a place that does a breakfast please do not count on this place because you will starve. They literally had a piece of bread in a zip lock bag, a waffle maker, and maybe a muffin option. I was truly disappointed In the breakfast fo say the least! Other than the breakfast everyone was very nice, nice rooms just a crappy breakfast

Liked: The stay was very good , the staff was very nice and rooms were good . Overall I had a great stay it was very peaceful and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I’ve gotten sick with a cold, a bad cold, a fever, and when guy went to go get me something to eat they wouldn’t let them bring it to me. Their breakfast was a joke and no ashtrays in the room.

Disappointing and will look elsewhere...

Liked: The staff were, overall, friendly and responsive. The breakfast was okay, but the room is not very clean. Part of the reason is it is so old and needs remodeled so it is hard to make it look clean and fresh. The sheets and towels were clean and the housekeeping staff brought fresh towels daily. (I stayed 4 nights.)
Disliked: It was very run down, not clean, in a location where a lot of unsavory, scary things happen. The room was designated non smoking, but still smelled of musty, old smoke. Part of me kept telling myself that’s what you get for paying under $100/night in the Seattle area. The walls are so thin I could hear people talking in an adjoining room until the wee hours in the morning. When I booked there was no mention of the $60 cash damage deposit fee. (I had the cash but there is an ATM in the entry in case…)
