Staff was helpful

A great stay!

Liked: We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Niu Barcelona. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Gothic Quarter, making it ideal for exploring the city.A special thanks to the reception staff, Celina and Marco, for their excellent service. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and made us feel truly welcome.Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Barcelona.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great and the staff is extremely nice in demeanor.
Disliked: Due to its vibrant neighbourhood, there can be a lot of noise only on Saturday nights though.

Liked: The location is good, near main Barcelona main attractions!
Disliked: Because it's located in Barcelona centre it can get very loud and the loud noise is hearable through the hotel window although the window is closed.
