Liked: location is close to Universal Studio by Car
Disliked: tried to take money from my credit card after 1 week of checking out and when I was back in the UK. Possibly fraudulent activity by staff. Be careful with your credit card, best to cancel credit card right after you check out so the staff do not fraudulently take payment.

Superb

Liked: We stayed there for 3 nights. It was very close to the shuttle to the Universal Studios or a short walk if you just wanted to walk to the park. They had free parking on the property which was one of the reason I had picked this hotel. The room we had was small but clean. It had a good sized mini fridge and microwave in the room. Ended up having coffee available in then morning which was decent and I wasn’t expecting it.
Disliked: Wish that there were tables lamps in the room. The room only had the overhead lights which you had to get out of bed to turn on and off but they were on a dimmer so that helped. The bathrooms were small and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work which made our room super humid after a shower.

Liked: Was really satisfied with our stay, The location was just minutes from a tram that took us up the hill to Universal Studios. The room was clean and exactly what you would expect for the price. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I left some belongings back in the room and they were more than happy to ship them too me. I highly recommend !
Disliked: All was good. Would stay here again

Liked: Front of building and distance to universal.
Disliked: Had to pay an additional $57 and another $150 deposit. Coffee is in the lobby. All parking is for compact cars. Room smelled like mold, musty. Pull out couch was older leather couch that had a bar right in the middle, very uncomfortable.
