Liked: staff at front desk are great!we appreciated the shuttle service!beautiful hotel.
Disliked: hot tub needs maintenance. missing tiles. garbage around hot tub.can see glass falling off from being ‘glued’ to wall in hallways. metal corner protectors starting to come off.breakfast service was very slow.wish we could’ve had an option to have a later checkout or earlier arrival, especially in dead season.we are locals from Pemberton and have been to the cure lounge many times. we also went to the bar during our stay this time.. definitely have noticed any time we have been and this time.. bar staff talk way too much before serving first.
