Liked: The location was fine. It was close to where I needed to go.
Disliked: The room smelled like water, rot the mattresses at water rot. The carpets are not clean The TV did not work with the remote control. Had to figure it out.

Liked: I like this place. It's a no frills, older hotel in an old Los Angeles neighborhood. This is the third time I stayed here. And they gave me one of their best rooms. Big new flat screen TV. Good room heater/ AC. There is a great breakfast restaurant a block away, The Pan. If you have no reason to impress your date, or yourself, I recommend The Nisei

Disliked: It had bed bugs and was super dirty and would not refund me my money and gave me bug spray after stating they new about the bugs
