We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The property was spotless clean and bed very comfy.Taxi into main shopping area easy to get .But about 19min walk up hill.
Disliked: They advertised that there was a jacuzzi bath did not work in our room and my daughter’s room .Shower not as advertised.Plenty of lovely cafes close by to walk to for breakfasts.

Liked: The service provided by the staff was excellent. They are friendly, professional and helpful! Great location. Walkable to many sights and restaurants.
Disliked: The walls are pretty thin so we can hear everything happening outside our room. The water pressure was too low and our rooms heater didn’t work.

Liked: Excellent location; very helpful, considerate, and courteous staff. Loved the library/bar/breakfast room! Decor was lovely and the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was pretty awful: dangerously slippery floor even when dry, no grab bars to get in/out of the tub, a mirror directly across from the toilet resulting in an unavoidable fully exposed view of yourself sitting on it, very little counter space for our toiletries.

Lovely hotel central location

Liked: Room was small but had everything you need. Bathroom spotless, lovely shower with spa type shower spray. Beautiful products and towelling robe. Lovely complimentary drinks, coffee and tea. Excellent location in Stockbridge.
Disliked: Parking. Felt very let down by staff who advised parking outside hotel and renew every 4 hours. Cost £43 for 1 days park with a cheaper option a few hundred yards away. Should have researched the parking myself.

Disliked: I feel this is not a hotel but more like a B and B . We had to leave main building where we booked in to enter via another entrance 2 doors up. These are a series of townhouses rather than a hotel . There appeared to be no reception area or bar and if there was we were not made aware of it. As check in is three and checkout is 11 there is nowhere to wait prior to check in and check out

Overpriced

Liked: Great location, helpful staff. Nice decor, especially bathroom
Disliked: Did not feel especially 'luxurious' in places - all perfectly ok but little/no wow. Overall felt like it did not deliver for the priceThe TV system in the room felt like something from the 1990s
