Nice but not worth it

Liked: The place is beautiful, great design and a lot of nice details.
Disliked: While the staff was very nice and respectful, they had a lot of issues in communication and Excecutive. For example I had booked with the concierge a massage in the spa for me and my wife at the same time, and when we were leaving for the spa they told us that one of us would get the massage one hour later. Not the level of service you would expect for this price, and only having 4 rooms…
