Liked: The service was excellent and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The house itself is very beautiful and unique in the greatest location.
Disliked: It would be a plus to have parking included somewhere for the price.

A true home away from...

Liked: A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Mexico City. Very comfortable rooms with everything (and more!) that you could wish for, but what truly makes this place special is the team who work there. They were so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond with information and assistance, of my whole trip, not just my stay there. A true gem!
Disliked: Nothing at all

Liked: The staff went above and beyond in every possible way! The house is beautiful and intimate, the room incredibly comfortable and quiet, and the service exceptional. Extremely well located as well in a beautiful neighborhood.

Liked: Good location in Roma Staff were kind and went out of their way to helpSpa is a few buildings down the street and is a very relaxing experience - sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy and well as a menu of services to choose from Good air conditioning
Disliked: Mattress in our room needs to be replaced / one side is sagging and it was not comfortableMosquitos in room were difficult to get rid of Would be nice if there were a curtain or door to separate bedroom from bathroom vanity area for more privacy The $80 charge for 1 way airport pickup was a little excessive
